YOUTH MUSIC at SIMI UMC

We've got an exciting year planned, and we want YOU to be part of it! Whether you're just getting involved or have been making music for a while, this is a SPECIAL INVITATION to praise God with music with one of our great youth music groups!

Youth Bell Choir meets in the chapel on Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m.
Open to youth in grades 6 thru 12.
No experience necessary...if you can count to 4 and know the difference between your left and right hands, then you can ring bells! Auditions are not required, and new ringers are always welcome!

Youth Praise Band practices Sunday afternoons in the Sanctuary
Open to youth in grades 7 thru 12.
Auditions are required for this group, and youth are asked to make a commitment for the entire year. If you're a youth who sings...or if you play drums, guitar, keyboard, or another instrument...be sure to let us know!

Youth Choir meets Sundays in the Sanctuary at 5 p.m.
Open to youth in grades 6 thru 12.
If you like to sing and want to learn some great new contemporary music, this is the group you'll want to be part of. Auditions are not required -- just show up for practice on Sunday afternoons. New singers are always welcome, and you can join at any time during the year.

Youth are also encouraged to try out for vocal and instrumental solos and duets and smaller vocal groups. Basically, we've got something for every level of musical ability!
